I know for sure they are because when I added dssi and stuff, it didn't get 
detected until I removed the cache (after trying to trace through scons's 
code, duh). It's true though that the thing is slow enough even on my machine 
to make me think that the config results were not cached. I'm cc'ing Thomas.

(To sum up : sons's config cache is very slow, any tip on making it faster ?)
