You could just do what everybody else does. Do the code with no icon at all. Someone, usually me, will get sick of looking at the generic "no icon" icon and come up with something. There's no particular reason for you to bother unless you just enjoy shuffling pixels around. As far as guidelines and stuff... I don't know. I'm sure there's some treatise on the subject, but I haven't read it. Someone was trying to get me to look at some Human Interface Guidelines once, but I kept falling asleep trying to wade through it all. Just look in gui/pixmaps/toolbar to get an idea for how everything else works and try to make your stuff follow suit. I edit everything with the GIMP, but if you don't know the GIMP, you can probably make do with a lesser editor. -- Michael McIntyre ---- Silvan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Linux fanatic, and certified Geek; registered Linux user #243621 http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/5407/ http://rosegarden.sourceforge.net/tutorial/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Oracle Space Sweepstakes Want to be the first software developer in space?
