I guess you didn't understand this sentence:

I even opened the .ui file with my designer-qt3 program, and saved it again.
Same result. The .cpp generated file doesn't compile.
It was necessary to tweak it by hand (opening the .cpp file with my favorite
text editor) changing every line like this one:
static const unsigned char const img3_rosegardentransport[] = {
to this:
static unsigned char const img3_rosegardentransport[] = {
Googling the error message, seems that it is a bug in "uic" that have been
solved for Qt 3.3.1
