Sorry, I was working. Just about right. Your drawing changes made a HUGE improvement overall. The responsiveness overall just doesn't quite feel right still, but maybe 1.0 didn't either. I need to go compare and see how much of this is in my head. It may well be that there's room to tweak it further, but that's a question of tweaking, rather than preventing a regression. Good job on that. It's night and day compared to last time. This made a big difference. Still a little flickery on the redraws of the segment itself, but it's flickering at least a dozen times faster, and it doesn't look too bad.
