Windows port?
If we're going to port RG, my preferred target would be to OS/X
(especially when Intel-based macs are on the market).
Sort of working on it :) But we build a live linux cd in the end, then
delivered a turnkey laptop-based system instead.
I am also snowed under with work. Teaching "Quality" Assessment time,
in fact I've just told an undergrad I can't talk to them because I'm
too busy filling in TQA forms. Oh, the irony.
Shame to hear about port audio on Windows. Do people know how it might
work on the Mac? I'm losing my undergraduate teaching machines next
year and they are all going to be OS-X 10.4 instead. Was considering
rewriting my Audio Programming course (it's quite elementary) to use
Port Audio, then I wouldn't have to dual-boot them. All the postgrads
are using Linux still, of course. In fact, you have to be able to to be
allowed to work here :)
Sorry if this is getting off-topic.
