I just meant that any files already saved with key mappings in them should 
still load and do broadly the right thing -- you shouldn't find that your 
files suddenly won't load.

Yes, absolutely.  I must have forgotten to finish that bit.  If you're in any 
position to do it at the moment, fancy fixing it?  I'm not at a development 
box myself.  It's probably a simple fix in the toXmlString method in one of 
the base classes like MidiDevice or Studio or something.  Don't worry if 
you're not in a position to look at it: thanks for pointing it out anyway.
