Vlada?
Chris? I think the one in HEAD now is the one Chris worked over most
recently.
I cann't remember, honestly.
The current loop button looks seriously crappy against dark blue, and
doesn't
look that great against my normal light grayish blue scheme either. I
think
this one I'm bitching about is mine, but I still think it looks like
crap,
and we need to dump this piece of garbage and come up with something
better.
Vlada?
I might have an idea... Hope it will appear on this list, let's say
tomorrow.
I don't see any other problems on the main window, except that QT does a
really nasty job of graying these icons when they're disabled. I think
we
could fix that by providing our own disabled icons. Is it worth it?
I don't think so! It looks like radical approach considering qt4 is out.
Maybe it already has some more elegant solution.
Point is that I don't want to lose three months of full time work while
thousands of more important icons are in queue.
Moving on... The two matrices look OK. The event list editor needs some
attention, and the time/tempo editor. Here, just look at the picture
and it
will save me writing. Looks like about six icons that need real help.
Volunteering here!
I told Vlada this in the
message where I sent him the font to use to redo these.
PLEASE, EVERYBODY, PAY ATTENTION HERE!!!!!
GIVING PUBLIC ANNOUNCMENT:
*****************
I (Vladimir Savic) have never received any font from him (Silvan).
Following thread "Some improved icons" on this list you could clearly see
that Named (Silvan) has serious exacerbating memory problems! Professional
assistance needed.
*****************
If you want to argue back in favor of halos, this is a good time to
speak up.
Nope. No halos please if there is better solution.
Vlada
