Hi, What do you think about including MIDI_MMC_DEFERRED_PLAY in AlsaDriver::testForMMCSysex(), along with MIDI_MMC_PLAY to allow both messages to start playing the composition when MMC slave sync is selected?

RG does not need to wait while it is looking for some position as it would do a reel recorder, but understanding both commands does not hurt and it makes easier to use MMC synchronization with other systems.
