I imagine tremolo is not interpreted because it's generally understood that this is one of those effects that simply can't be reproduced satisfactorily using conventional General MIDI instruments. To do anything like a convincing job, you'd need to use MIDI instruments built around samples of real instruments performing these effects. It can't really be done in a generic, hardware/soundfont-independent way. -- Michael McIntyre ---- Silvan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Linux fanatic, and certified Geek; registered Linux user #243621 http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/5407/ http://rosegarden.sourceforge.net/tutorial/ ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Power Architecture Resource Center: Free content, downloads, discussions, and more. http://solutions.newsforge.com/ibmarch.tmpl _______________________________________________ Rosegarden-devel mailing list [email protected] - use the link below to unsubscribe https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/rosegarden-devel
