I've put an archive with a patch and extra files for the microtonal
pitch tracker on the website here.

This is the version we'll be using at the conference
http://www.donaldbousted.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/m-festo.html which is now
in the Riverhouse arts venue in Surrey on 14 & 15th October. Is it
possible to have this version on the CVS for the conference, but we
intend to hand out live CD's too.
All 'testing' features have been removed. There is support for hot &
cold notes (cold notes are notes which aren't tracked by the pitch
tracker). They are currently set by reducing the note's velocity to
zero. The tuning file now accepts intervasls in ratios as well as cents
- bringing it closer to the Scala tuning file format.
