:) There'sno doubt that Lilypond can engrave such notation. But my problem with this is that unlike my other suggestions, I don't have a clue on how to autogenerate the Lilypond-code or how to represent the necessary information in rosegarden. As a musician, I wouldn't be too disappointed with an open source sequencer program, if it didn't support repeats which sounded differently second time with the correct notation written too.
