Yes it is. I've just created a new test file with 4 bars. I relabeled it
with something like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and saved it. Then I closed rosegarden, 
reopen
it and load it. And it failed the way I explained in my previous E-Mail.

I am using rosegarden with a GNOME session. I tried both with
UTF-8-fr_FR and old fr_FR encoding. Same result.

Tell me if you want me to send you some file or output.
