I don't know how the ebuild for gentoo determines the right Rosegarden Source,
but it worked at least 'til spring/summer last year. All the files (where I
recorded SysEx messages) were modified this time. I also edited some SysEx back
in those days with Rosegarden's SysEx-editor and it worked fine (to send them
and have the proper reactions).

Where and how can I get the source code, I want to contribute in any way...

(This is really fast problem discussion and solving - I pay respect)
