It looks like you still have the rosegardensequencer executable from RG1.0 ahead of the new one from 1.2.3 in your PATH, so rosegarden (which starts a separate rosegardensequencer subprocess) is running the wrong one. Try changing your PATH temporarily, or renaming the older version of rosegardensequencer out of the way so it doesn't get run.
