I've committed a preliminary implementation for this one. Just the basic infrastructure including the three options: disabled, selected track and armed tracks. No GUI changes at this moment. I've applied the new thru routing policy (follow armed tracks) only to the sequencer's recording state (so, the MIDI routing policy for playing/stopped state is not changed from the current behavior, following the selected track). When you are recording MIDI now, if there are several tracks armed and there are explicit filters for both incoming device and channel parameters, then the events are routed to the instruments corresponding to each armed track. By default, if some of the above conditions aren't met the routing behaves as before, following the selected track. Of course, there may be many bugs. Please test.
