Rosegarden depends on KDE libraries, and uses QTime in very few places, but I 
don't think we use anything from KDE to know what time is it.

For MIDI timing, the key dependency is ALSA Sequencer. 
See sound/AlsaDriver.cpp

I've tried just now RG 1.2.4 and current SVN under Gnome 2.10 without 
problems.
