Awesome.

I rechecked with the following kernel: 2.6.17-rt8

Here are the results with RoseGarden 1.4.0rc1 (first time trying; all
previous attempts were with 1.2.4):

cat /proc/asound/timers
G0: system timer : 1000.000us (10000000 ticks)
P0-0-0: PCM playback 0-0-0 : SLAVE
P0-0-1: PCM capture 0-0-1 : SLAVE
P2-0-0: PCM playback 2-0-0 : SLAVE
P2-0-1: PCM capture 2-0-1 : SLAVE
P2-0-2: PCM playback 2-0-2 : SLAVE
P2-0-4: PCM playback 2-0-4 : SLAVE
P2-0-6: PCM playback 2-0-6 : SLAVE
P2-1-0: PCM playback 2-1-0 : SLAVE
P2-1-1: PCM capture 2-1-1 : SLAVE

cat /proc/asound/seq/timer
Timer for queue 0 : system timer
  Period time : 0.001000000
  Skew : 65542 / 65536

RoseGarden 1.4.0rc1 no longer reports the error. I am going to
reinstalling 1.2.4. and see if I can reproduce the alert.

Thanks for all the help.
