You probably should get SVN access, but I can't give it to you, as I'm not a 
project admin.

What I suggest in the meantime is you create a feature request called "Dutch 
translation update" or something, and attach your incremental savepoints to 
that feature request.  Then one of us will do something with them in due 
course.

They're supposed to be extracted automatically, but I really have no clue 
about any of that.  The more I try to learn about all this translation 
business, the more stupid I feel.
