It builds, installs and runs OK for me. Tested on both (latest - 1) Mandriva and Suse distros. Issue 1: the tarball includes the whole gettext-0.10.35-kde tree, which weights 3,4 Mb. There is a "make tarball" build target that takes care of this. Is there some problem with it? A more serious issue are the build problems with some library dependencies. There is a report about liblo: if the library is not installed, the build process fails. I've already committed the fix to the SVN. A similar problem with the library fftw3 has been solved making it mandatory, but I thought it was going to be reviewed before the next release?
