You could always obtain the changelog that's published along with the 
announcement.  They can be downloaded for all prior releases from the 
SourceForge download page (there are Release Notes and Change Log buttons 
alongside the file download links, I think).  Glue together the prior ones 
into one big changelog file, add each new changelog as it's released, and 
there you are.
