I've heard a couple of reports of people getting notes stuck on when
fast-forwarding or rewinding, using external MIDI hardware or soft synths
(but not plugins), in current SVN. Supposedly, the problem was worse in
earlier versions but still appears some of the time.
Now, I spent quite a while between 1.4 and 1.5 (I think it was) trying to
nobble the remaining stuck-notes bugs, and I've just had another try and
found I still can't actually seem to reproduce any. Can any other
developers?

I have also had some situations in which "midi note off" events were not
launched.
Then I pressed "panic", which of course stopped all notes. However, I should
check
this again.
