I'm guessing that this is an invitation to provide some notes about how the Adjust -> Rescale -> Stretch or Squash... dialog works. There are other Stretch or Squashes in index.docbook, but that's the one that doesn't seem to have any useful documentation. I'm also guessing that this is an invitation as well to think up your favourite badly-documented bit of Rosegarden and dig up that old list email exchange that explains how it works, to see if Shelagh can make anything out of it.
