It's been a long time since I actually read any of the porting instruction
stuff, and I've hit a bit of a question.

I'm almost 100% sure that all the old const char* name stuff is obsolete and
useless, but what about WFlags?

WFlags has come up from time to time in assorted errors I've dismissed, but
here I'm looking at a file that refuses to compile due to:

-                 QWidget* parent=0, const char* name=0, WFlags f=0);

I think I should change it to:

+                 QWidget* parent=0);

Almost everywhere we used WFlags, it was WFlags f=0, which seems to be as much
of a default do nothing as const char* name=0.

Please review commit 9208 and either confirm or deny what my gut says was
right.
