They do. We have no control over them. They seem to work rather well on balance though. The only issue here is that it's easy for the rare exceptions like yours to get lost in the noise. There's so much garbage every day that it's frankly hard not to get in the habit of scanning rapidly and hitting the dump button. > sufficient.
