Yes, that's right -- well spotted there.  Updating them I think is a
bit fiddly -- at least, I have to re-learn how to do it each time
because I can never remember.  I'm pretty sure there's some
search-and-replace necessary to make the headers & footers work
properly outside the context of system help -- perhaps to pull in the
stylesheet from the local directory instead of the KDE system
directory, or something?

I'll commit the current state of it to SVN now.  I'm not in a position
to explain how to update it until I've reminded myself yet again, but
if you can work it out, do go ahead.  Just please make sure anything
you're going to commit looks OK in a browser before you commit it!
