You can't just copy a .po file from one tree to another and have it work (not 
even from trunk/ to one of the stable branches.)  The way this used to work 
was you'd copy and then run ./messages.sh from the po/ directory.  I'm not 
sure if this still works.  We might need to make adjustments for KDE4's 
i18n() in some way.  Or not.  I haven't researched this yet at all.

I committed an attempt at going through the usual update process.  Are we far 
enough along for this to matter yet?  How did you know the file was 
corrupted?  This is the first I've heard of any of this.
