Crazy - I didn't notice these here. Something to check (do the versions of qmake-qt4 and rcc match): rcc -version qmake-qt4 --version output here: # rcc -version Qt Resource Compiler version 4.4.3 # qmake-qt4 --version QMake version 2.01a Using Qt version 4.4.3 in /usr/lib > I do get a data.o and it looks like it's probably being linked.
