We should be using the stable_1_7 branch for this, incidentally.  trunk/ is 
out of date compared to the branch, and I see no point in updating it.  We 
can effectively ignore trunk/ itself for now, and treat stable_1_7 as the old 
trunk/ and qt4/ as the new.

As far as that goes, here's my best attempt at a complete list of the 
revisions that need to be merged.  In fact, let's just do a wiki page:
