The log message was empty, because my commit got aborted on a conflict. SVN
lied about saving my message to svn-commit.tmp

Here's what's going on:

I committed the new versions of those .rc files making all the do-re-mi
strings into generic strings like "I/do" because all of these should be
translated into every target language, including English.

I also removed the keyboard accelerators, because I feel having no
accelerators at all is better than the inconsistent mess we had. Those
accelerators had no real value anyway, as the real value in these Insert ->
Note menus is to serve as a reference guide for learning the shortcuts.

This change is NOT a real solution to the underlying translation problem, and
there is no way to avoid the fact that ActionFileParser needs brain surgery.

I am about to perform that brain surgery, and I have no idea how long it will
be before I have finished. Everyone should please stop changing the .rc files
and the translations until I commit the big translation change with hundreds
of new strings in it, and hundreds of obsolete strings. This is going to be a
very large change, because every keyboard shortcut in the .ts files is going
to become obsolete.

Please stop working now and find something else to do until I have sorted out
these stupid translation problems once and for all. Be kind to yourself.
Don't waste your time.

I'll let everyone know when it is safe to come back out and play, but for now
it is a good time to find something else to do.
