Good catch, Jani.

Where I come down on adding missing tr() calls late in the release process is 
that if you spot a missing translation, you should fix it then and there, 
string freeze or no string freeze.  Strings are never so frozen that we can't 
fix developer errors, and missing translation calls are developer errors.

It makes no difference to the end user, and offers the greatest chance of the 
string being translated properly for the next release.

In this case, I've taken your discovery as a hint that I should look at all 
the commands, and I've found several of them with the same problem.  I was 
already planning to look into a different translation issue first thing 
tonight, and I think I'll just go knock all of this out while it's in front of 
me.
