Look like the collapsing of track heights is pretty consistent now. Thank you.
But the expansion of track heights is buggy in one particular way. To produce
this bug, the direct co drawing the new segment is important.
To produce the bug:
* Open a new RG document.
* Use the draw tool.
* Draw a segment from measure 2 through measure 4 on a track.
* Draw a segment from measure 1 through measure 4 on same track.
The track fails to expand.
Now get it to self correct:
* Draw a segment from measure 5 through measure 4 on same track.
Now the track expands to a height of three.
Sound like a simple fix, again.
