That was a good catch, Brian. There may be something to that. The native vs. raster setting is something that got bounced back and forth a bit. It's probably worth editing your ~/.config/rosegardenmusic/Rosegarden.conf to remove the "graphics_system=" line, so as to ensure you're using the factory default setting. I believe we wound up going back to raster as the factory default. In any event, try ./rosegarden -graphicssystem=raster and see if that cures your problem. All may not be lost. I also picked up on a QSettings error about an endGroup() with no beginGroup(). That might also be playing a part in this. -- D.
