I tried to do that and used AddDotCommand (action add_dot and
add_notation_dot) as a template.
I am not sure about the wording of the menue and Ctrl+Alt+1 is already
defined as add_layer, so I used Ctrl+Alt+9 as the NotationOnly shortcut
for whole note (is this NotationOnly-stuff really needed?).
I hope I didn't destory too much :-).
