I only had time for a glance at the code, but it looks like the shapes are vector objects that should be rendered correctly at any zoom level, and should come out looking crisp and sharp. It looks like a math problem. I have a decent idea what it probably is, but I don't know if there's anything to be done about it without performing major surgery. > No worries.
