We're deriving the codenames from named rose cultivars in alphabetical order.  
It's best if the rose is somehow special to someone in some way, or has a 
great story to go with it, but alphabetical order is the only hard rule.

I arrived at "Claire de Lune" as the result of going in search of rose 
cultivars whose names began with the letter C, and "Claire de Lune" just 
seemed like an appropriate choice for no particular reason.  I proposed the 
name, and nobody responded, so the proposal passed by default.
