I couldn't imagine, but if you can explain what we're doing wrong and what we 
should be doing to a guy who has never worked on any of that code, I'll do 
what I can to get it fixed right up.

I'm afraid I need more of a hint than that what you're after, but I'm 
certainly willing to entertain ideas like this.
