It took me some time but it should work better now.

I add a track to the anacrusis-reference-3 to have something a bit more 
complex to test.
It's now possible to export/previw the first track alone or the two tracks with 
the options "repeat when possible" or "always unfold".
Conservatively I keep the "old mode" option. But probably it would be better 
to remove it.

I hope I don't break any working feature of the exporter: I don't test very 
intensively.
I presume some problems may appear if a time signature change occurs inside a 
repeating segment.
