That particular warning has never pointed to anything interesting the entire 
time I've been here.

I'm thinking it's a "bad" plugin somewhere, either LADSPA or DSSI.  There have 
been issues with specific plugins in the past, though I don't have a list, and 
have no specific memory of what causes the issues.  I seem to recall, and this 
is a *vague* recollection, that it always turns out to be the plugin not quite 
playing by the rules, rather than Rosegarden's implementation of all its 
stuff.

Plugin issues are waaaaaaaaaay outside my limits though.  I've never remotely 
worked on any of that code, and do not understand it at all.
