Hi Ted,

no problem.

- Where are the latencies?  (maybe I got them if no-one complains)
- How can we measure them?  (would be the next step)
- Where should the be compensated?

After that I'll happily write a bug report.

If I get a wiki-account I could write a page about latencies there.
Then we can discuss about that wiki-page instead sending diagrams via
e-mail.
