Apparently he only sent the file to you, and/or there's a copy in the moderation queue. Either way, I can't get my hands on it directly. I doubt I will have some brilliant insight, but maybe. Incidentally, if a message goes into the queue, it goes there to die. Sorting out the moderation queue is like standing in a sewer waiting to try to catch a $5 bill floating down the stream once or twice a year. It's just not worth it. -- D.
