For the transposing chord I need a map with Pitches like map<std::string, Pitch> and now the compiler is complaining about a missing Pitch() constructor. This constructor is indeed missing.
My question is, is the a reason why this constructor is not defined? I like t prevent writing an allocator class :-(.
