That was not so simple. I broke it on my own distro : I only had to set system parameters to "Compatibility with old non UTF-8 encoding". The new fix in rev. 14276 should be more robust as RG is now looking through Qt for the system text codec to use rather than blindly assuming that it should be UTF-8.
