It should work in rev. 14542 when preference is set to "Accidental in one bar..." --> "Affect only that bar".
I can't do more before the release. In some hopefully infrequent cases, accidentals are erroneously previewed as cautionnary. This problem is related to the complicated (and not very clear) rule RG is using to draw cautionnary accidentals. I'll write a bug report about it.
