Hello again,

I'm wondering if it would be time to be able to start using C++11 features in
rosegarden.

I don't want to use ultra-complex stuff, just "nullptr" for null pointers, and
"override" for virtual method reimplementations, for now, for easier detection
of non-working overrides... and to move away from that feeling of writing
COBOL code when working on rosegarden :-)

Qt requires a C++11-capable compiler since Qt 5.6, so if you have that Qt
version, your compiler can do C++11 just fine.

PS: my current pet peeve, the lock file handling (no detection of PID gone, no
option to delete the lock file from the dialog box), I'm working on this.
