Nothing in my setup has changed since 2015 except for upgrading to the
latest Kubuntu LTS. I'm doing a MIDI project now, and playback keeps
speeding up and slowing down randomly. This issue rings a bell, but I
skimmed through here and I don't see the discussion I vaguely remember.
I guess the first question is did something change that I need to adjust
for? I'm sure I've got my timing source set on auto like it's been
since the days I was working on that ill-fated book way back in 2005.
Stuff in my setup just doesn't change much. I still have my Sound
Canvas from 1996. The change is probably not on my end.
