Thanks, Tom. I did some very limited testing and it seems to work
just fine. I think I'll go ahead and add support for using the matrix
and notation editors on triggered segments for the next cycle and see if
anyone even notices.

No idea why it's there. It's definitely not WIP. I think the only work
done on triggered segments since I joined was by me.
It's been a while, but I think all I was doing was, in the process of
fixing MIDI export, making them like the other segments so they could
play in MIDI export. I added docstrings to record what I was figuring
out but it's been so long that the docstrings probably know more than I do.
I didn't add the limitation or change it since I was being conservative
and I don't know any reason why they can't be edited in notation and
matrix like others.
