Using RG 11.11.11 from Debian Sid.

I created a new composition with 3 tracks - 1 voice, 1 right hand, 1
left hand. While working on it, I added 2 more tracks - a 2nd right hand
and a 2nd left hand. The tracks are arranged in order: voice, 1st right
hand, 2nd right hand, 1st left hand, 2nd left hand. They appear in that
order quite nicely in the notation editor (my primary RG editing tool).
(I'm doing it this way because RG had problems with multiple
counterpoint melodies on a single track - still true?)

Since RG seems to have lost the ability to combine tracks of the same
name with a simple option setting on the Lilypond export dialog, I
dragged the segments on the 2nd right & left hand tracks to their
corresponding 1 tracks. When I print preview, though, the staves come
out in this order: Voice, left hand, right hand.

I've tried rearranging the order of the tracks with no change. The only
way that makes them come out in the proper order when printed is if I
move the segment from the 1st right/left hand track to the corresponding
2nd track. IOW, put the upper part of each right/left hand track BELOW
the lower part. Of course, then they appear in the wrong order in the
notation editor.

It almost appears as if RG insists on putting the tracks in the order in
which they were created, rather than the order in which they're arranged.

Ideas? Fixes?
