Hey guys, maybe you don't remember me, but about three months ago I was
active on the list asking noobish RG questions. You might recall that at
the time I was interested in using RG to record MIDI from my Casio
keyboard. I had to backorder a power supply for my keyboard, which just
finally arrived, and I also had to get a USB-MIDI adapter.

I'm very happy to report that RG immediately recognized the adaptor,
both as an output and an input source. And I was able to successfully
record MIDI received from the keyboard. So, mission success! Also, I was
able to successfully output MIDI to the keyboard, though for some reason
this did not work immediately. I had to close and then reopen the RG
file, but then it work fine after that.

Anyway, I thought you might appreciate a report so you might be able to
add a few entries to your "compatible hardware" list, if you have one:

Operating System: Gentoo Gnu/Linux, libre kernel 3.2.9
Keyboard: CASIO CTK-519
Adaptor: (duplex) miditech MIDILINK-MINI (USB to MIDI)
RG Version: 11.11.11 ("Edelweiss")
