This looks *extremely* similar to another report I saw in the last little 
while.

I *think* there was a successful resolution without having to resort to 
anything too extreme, but I have no clue what it was off the top of my head.

I just came home from working an especially gruesome 16-hour shift, so I'm not 
going to go poke around in the archives trying to dig this up.  If you're 
inclined to do so yourself, pick a few words from that blurb I quoted above 
and see if it leads to anything good.

It should lead to something one way or the other, even if it's just another 
user with the same unresolved issue.  Either way, it will be some kind of 
informative.
