Your best bet is to use SonicVisualiser (which is also available as an easy to use AppImage so you can avoid dependency hell) to generate MIDI from the audio. RoseGarden can then be used to edit the MIDI and convert it into a score. Depending on the audio, you may have to tweak some of the SonicVisualizer parameters a bit to get acceptable results. Any remaining fixes can pretty easily be done in RoseGarden. Let us know how it works out for you.
